You need to go where the money is… Competitors are a GOOD thing because they could be joint venture partners in the future.

Stay away from markets with no competition.

Golf is a highly competitive market like weight loss… But, new golf information and diet books come out regularly and they still sell. A passionate golfer will probably buy every new information product on the market, just to improve his golf game by the smallest margin.

So, don’t think any market is saturated, there is always room for one more.
